Ms. Lue’s Christmas Cake

Ms. Lue’s Christmas Cake is a Jamaican Style Fruit Cake or Black cake. We pre-soak dried fruit and nuts for one month with red wine. Once baked, it is then soaked with more wine. The cake is topped with thin layer of almond and decorated with royal icing.

Unfortunately, this cake cannot be made nut free.
