Delivery Across Canada
How long does delivery take?
Packages are shipped out on Mondays. Please note any orders placed after Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday
The standard shipping method is done through Canada Post: home delivery or to the closest post office.
For Ontario: 1-3 business days.
For the rest of Canada: 5-7 business days.
We cannot guarantee these delivery times. During busy periods (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, etc.), you can expect an additional 48 hours for delivery.
How can I track my package?

What do I do if my order is damaged?

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order
Can I add other products with my shipping order?
Our "Brownies for Shipping Across Canada" (Cornflake, Cookies and Cream, and The OG - Chocolate Chip), were specifically made to be shipped long distances like across Canada.
This mailer box cannot be combined with any local GTA delivery orders or local pick up at either Leslievile or Little Portugal orders. Please create separate orders or we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Can I modify/cancel my order once it has been placed?
Any change of mind about the order results in the direct loss of the product. Once your order is validated, it will be impossible to cancel or to return the product.
I placed an order, but I made a mistake in the delivery address. What should I do?
Additional fees may be required for fresh products/ingredients to cover their loss and to be able to replace them. If you do not wish to pay this fee, we are not responsible for the condition of these products upon receipt.
Can my order be shipped to a Butter and Spice Pick Up location for pickup?
We do not offer in-store pickup at this time.

What is your return policy?
