Cake Terms and Conditions

Cake orders must be placed with a minimum notice of 1 weeks notice. You can select the collection date during checkout. If you require a cake within this timeframe, please checkout our last minute cakes option.

Please review your order carefully before placing it. If you need to make any changes to your order such as colour, flavor, size, or date, please be aware that there is an administration fee for all modifications or cancellations. Within 72 hours of the collection time, we are unable to accept changes to your order.

At Butter & Spice, we strive to follow customer instructions but reserve the right to exercise creative license. Due to the use of buttercream, reproducing exact shade/colour of previous cakes may not always be possible. Our handmade products will have slight variations between orders
